Every year we invest millions of dollars in teaching, research, education and training programs to enable our staff to develop their careers. We understand the need for a solid foundation and continuous education to achieve high levels of performance on the job and to advance to the next level of responsibility.

 

There are many examples within our organisation of people who have started as a casual on our wards, as a student nurse, or as a volunteer who are are now senior executives within SV&MHS.
