About the program

The Mater currently offers two intakes for new graduate nurses; in February and April.The aim of the Mater’s Graduate Nurse Program is to provide each graduate nurse with a supportive environment to instil confidence and a high standard of nursing care into practice. The goal is to promote a seamless transition from student to registered or enrolled nurse, allowing the nurse to build upon current knowledge and expand competence, skills and confidence.
