Accelerated Progression Program (APP)
Fast track your career and income with the APP. This program is designed for Registered Nurses (RNs) who are focussed on the delivery of patient care. You are assessed against a matrix of clinical competencies and invited to submit a portfolio demonstrating the necessary clinical standards. By recognition of your contribution and competencies level the APP enables you to move quickly through the career ladder and fast track your pay scale. The APP model is split into four levels.
- Clinical Nurse II = to RN 4
- Clinical Nurse III = to RN 6
- Clinical Nurse IV = to RN 8
- Clinical Nurse IV Thereafter = Competency based reward
