St Joseph’s Village employs its staff under the CHARITABLE, AGED AND DISABILITY CARE SERVICES (STATE) AWARD for all Personal Care and Administration staff.

Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses are employed under the NURSING HOMES &C, NURSES' (STATE) AWARD - (NAPSA) (PDF 48.3KB). St Joseph's Village is also in the process of developing collective Workplace Agreements which should be ready early in the New Year.
 

Funding for St Joseph’s Village is through the Commonwealth Department of Health and is dependent on the care needs of our residents.
