The aim of St Vincent’s 12 month graduate program is to instill confidence and further develop the skills required for effective nursing practice.

Nurse education is focused on evidence-based practice in a supportive learning environment. Courses are aligned with quality improvement and clinical research procedures to ensure continued excellence in clinical nurse practice.

Seventy graduate positions are offered annually in four intakes – January – February – March – August.

As a teaching hospital we understand the learning needs of our graduates. Programs are tailored to reflect our specialties and the educational needs of our staff.
